JSON Backup (Recommended)
Captures all leads, customers, quotes, appointments, settings, and API keys. Restoring merges data — existing records with the same ID are overwritten, nothing else is deleted.
Database File Backup (Bulletproof)
Downloads the raw SQLite database file — a byte-for-byte copy of everything. Restoring REPLACES the entire database. Server must be restarted after restore.
